The German Banking Industry Committee (GBIC) has issued its comments to the combined evaluation roadmap/Inception Impact Assessment for the review of the bank crisis management and deposit insurance framework. In view of the complexity and significance of the issues adressed, a careful, step-by-step approach is imperative. This is, in part, still lacking in the Roadmap.
