On Draft Guidelines on sound remuneration policies under Directive 2013/36/EU
On 27 January 2021 The German Banking Industry Committe submitted comments regarding the EBA consultation on the revised guidelines on sound renumeration policies. The EBA review takes into account the amendments introduced by the fifth Capital Requirements Directive (CRD V). The German Banking Industry Committe asked for clarification regarding certain aspects of the revised guidelines, as for example the regulations on severance pay
