EBA RTS on the disclosure of encumered and unencumbered assets (EBA/CP/2016/05)
The European Banking Authority (EBA) consulted the draft of a regulatory standard to disclosure of loaded and unloaded financial assets. Textual the draft is about the development of the already current guideline. Essentially the Deutsche Kreditwirtschaft together with the EBA agrees to the EBA draft. Regarding the question about the relevant information for the statement of the Assets Quality, the Deutsche Kreditwirtschaft disagree with the proposal of EBA to publish the EHQLA/HQLA. Instead of, the Deutsche Kreditwirtschaft suggests to implement a drilldown with Asset Type and central bank eligibility.
