Comments on BCBS and IOSCO Consultative Document Criteria for identifying simple, transparent and comparable securitisations (BCBS 304)
The Basel Committee for Banking Supervision (BCBS) has sent on December 11th, 2014 together with the International Organization of Securities Commissions a consultation paper, which introduces the identification of appropriate criteria for simple, transparent and comparable securitization. In the comment the DK has welcomed the fundamental projects for repopulation of the securitization markets by creating a standard for "High Quality - securitisations", but at the same time the DK has made many fundamental remarks to the relevant questions of the Committee.
